1. About CCMPrep
CCMPrep ("we", "us", "our") is an independent study platform for candidates preparing for the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) examination. CCMPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Use of this platform does not guarantee a passing score on the CCM examination.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of CCMPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on CCMPrep — including but not limited to practice questions, flashcards, glossary terms, study notes, domain summaries, and study plans — is the intellectual property of CCMPrep. This content is provided for your personal study use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from CCMPrep in any form
- Share, sell, or sublicense content to any third party
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest content from the platform
- Post CCMPrep content on any public website, forum, social media platform, or file-sharing service
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Accounts are for individual use only — you may not share your login credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CCMPrep only for lawful personal study purposes. You must not attempt to access, probe, or test the security of our systems, or interfere with the platform in any way.
6. Pricing and Beta Access
CCMPrep is currently free to use during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. We will give reasonable notice before any free access is removed or restricted. Early users may be offered preferential pricing.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CCMPrep is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date with the latest CMAA materials. You are responsible for verifying content against current official CMAA publications. CCMPrep makes no guarantee that use of the platform will result in a passing score on the CCM examination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCMPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CCMPrep after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
